This is the eighth publication of THE UNITED STATES SWEET POTATO COUNCIL's Sweet Potato Statistical Yearbook. A review of the statistical material contained herein will enable anyone to quickly gain a reliable perspective of the U.S. and World Sweet Potato Industry.

It is intended to provide an accurate record of Sweet Potato Industry statistics over a period of 20 years. It provides a convenient and useful tool for answering various questions that anyone might have about the Sweet Potato Industry.
