This is the fifth publication of THE UNITED STATES SWEET POTATO COUNCIL's Sweet Potato Statistical Yearbook. A review of the statistical material contained herein will enable anyone to quickly gain a reliable perspective of the U.S. and World Sweet Potato Industry.
It is intended to provide an accurate record of Sweet Potato Industry statistics over a period of 20 years. It provides a convenient and useful tool for answering various questions that anyone might have about the Sweet Potato Industry. It should also add value to membership in the Council, and is mailed at no charge to all 2007 silver, gold and platinum members.
